These Terms of Service govern your use of SermonBridge, including the SermonBridge website, mobile applications, and live translation services. By using SermonBridge, you agree to these terms.

1. Who provides SermonBridge

SermonBridge is developed by Meaningful Conversations, a counseling-ministry organization, in support of Genesis Digital Corp. Genesis Digital Corp commercially markets and supports the SermonBridge service. Both organizations share common ownership.

2. Using the service

SermonBridge provides real-time transcription, translation, and synthesized audio for church services and other authorized gatherings. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for having permission to record, transcribe, translate, or share any content you submit.

3. Organizations and presenters

Organization administrators and presenters must provide accurate account information and protect their login credentials. An organization is responsible for the services, audio, transcripts, and other content it submits or makes available to listeners.

4. Listeners

Listeners may use a service only when invited or authorized by the hosting organization. SermonBridge does not grant listeners ownership of the service content or permission to redistribute it.

5. Plans, payments, and cancellations

Any applicable plan price, usage charge, billing interval, and cancellation terms are shown during the applicable signup or checkout flow. Paid services may be subject to the payment-provider terms presented at checkout. We may suspend access for overdue or unauthorized charges.

6. Content and acceptable use

Do not use SermonBridge to violate another person’s rights, distribute unlawful content, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content without the permissions required by law. We may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep SermonBridge available and accurate, but live translation depends on network connectivity, audio quality, and third-party services. We may update features or these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
