Support for SermonBridge — live sermon translation for houses of worship
✉️ Email SupportSign in at sermonbridge.org/login → go to your Transmit page → tap Start Speaking. A QR code will appear for your congregation to scan.
Listeners open their phone camera and scan the QR code displayed on the speaker's screen. No app download required — it opens directly in their browser. The SermonBridge iOS app also includes a built-in QR scanner.
Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hindi, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Turkish, Ukrainian, Haitian Creole, and more. Add languages in your Settings page.
This is usually iOS Safari auto-play blocking. Listeners must tap Start Listening themselves — the button activates audio. They should not navigate away from the page while listening.
The speech recognition stream automatically restarts every 4 minutes to stay within Google's limits. Audio is buffered during the restart so nothing is lost. If translation stops completely, tap Stop and Start Speaking again.
Translated text appears within 1–2 seconds. Audio follows within 3–5 seconds. Make sure the speaker's device has a strong internet connection. A weak connection is the most common cause of delay.
Go to sermonbridge.org/login and enter your email. We send a one-click sign-in link — no password needed. The link expires in 15 minutes.
Go to your Dashboard → click Upgrade. You can choose monthly or annual billing. Annual saves 30%. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal.
Dashboard → Settings → Manage Billing → Cancel subscription. Your plan downgrades to Free at the end of your billing period. No data is lost.
The free plan includes 6 hours of translation per month. When the limit is reached, the speaker page will show a message and translation will pause until you upgrade or your monthly cycle resets.
The iOS and Android app is primarily for listeners — it includes a QR code scanner for quick joining. Speakers can also use the app to broadcast, but a phone or tablet browser works equally well.
Camera access is required for the QR code scanner. Go to Settings → SermonBridge → Camera → Allow. The camera is only used to scan QR codes — no photos are taken.
