Our Roots

A Ministry First

Meaningful Conversations, a 501(c)(3) biblical counseling ministry, exists to glorify God by equipping the church with biblical counseling that brings hope and transformation through the sufficiency of Scripture.

Quality biblical-counseling resources in Spanish are scarce. Hispanic pastors and lay leaders are often called to shepherd people through complex struggles without sufficient training or Scripture-grounded tools. We exist to help close that gap.

We serve Spanish-speaking and bilingual churches through training, mentorship, counseling, and practical resources—always aiming to strengthen the local church rather than replace it.

Our Inspiration

We believe that language should never be a barrier to fellowship. The early Church was born in a moment of miraculous translation, where every person heard the Gospel clearly in the language of their heart.

Our platform is inspired by that mandate. We want to help modern churches break down language barriers so their communities can worship, learn, and grow together in unity.

Leadership

Pastoral Experience Meets Technology

Ps. Ramón Polanco Founder & Executive Director

Ramón is a pastor, preacher, and biblical counselor who ministers in both English and Spanish to churches across the United States, Latin America, and the diaspora.

He holds a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. By combining his pastoral training with more than two decades of technology experience, he builds practical ministry tools designed for the realities of local church life.

His passion is to proclaim and faithfully teach God’s Word for God’s glory, trusting the Holy Spirit to transform lives into the likeness of Christ and form disciples who help others grow in that same truth.
