Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of SermonBridge, including the SermonBridge website, mobile applications, and live translation services. By using SermonBridge, you agree to these terms.
1. Who provides SermonBridge
SermonBridge is developed by Meaningful Conversations, a counseling-ministry organization, in support of Genesis Digital Corp. Genesis Digital Corp commercially markets and supports the SermonBridge service. Both organizations share common ownership.
Questions about the service, these terms, or your account can be sent through our contact page.
2. Using the service
SermonBridge provides real-time transcription, translation, and synthesized audio for church services and other authorized gatherings. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for having permission to record, transcribe, translate, or share any content you submit.
3. Organizations and presenters
Organization administrators and presenters must provide accurate account information and protect their login credentials. An organization is responsible for the services, audio, transcripts, and other content it submits or makes available to listeners.
4. Listeners
Listeners may use a service only when invited or authorized by the hosting organization. SermonBridge does not grant listeners ownership of the service content or permission to redistribute it.
5. Free plan for houses of worship
5.1 Eligibility. The free plan is available only to churches, houses of worship and Christian ministries whose work advances the gospel of Jesus Christ, of any denomination. It is not available to individuals, businesses or personal use. Individuals may use the Personal plan.
5.2 Church website. Each free-plan registration must list the church's own website. The website must: (a) be reachable and load successfully when we check it; (b) identify the church or ministry, for example by its name, service times, location or leadership; and (c) be on the church's own domain, or be the church's own page on a website builder. Social media pages (including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and X), link-in-bio pages, link shorteners, and the websites of general companies or platforms are not accepted, even when they belong to the church.
5.3 Accurate information. The person registering must be authorized by the church and must provide accurate information about the church and about themselves. Only one free account is allowed per church.
5.4 Verification. We may check registration information at signup and at any time afterward, including the content of its website, and we may ask for additional information that confirms the church.
5.5 Pause and review. If a free account does not meet these requirements, we may pause it. We will notify the account's email address of the reason and explain how to restore access. To restore access, reply with the requested information; we will review it and respond. We may close a free account that does not meet these requirements within 30 days after notice.
5.6 Paid plans. Paid plans are not subject to the church-website requirement, but account information must still be accurate.
6. Plans, payments, and cancellations
Any applicable plan price, usage charge, billing interval, and cancellation terms are shown during the applicable signup or checkout flow. Paid services may be subject to the payment-provider terms presented at checkout. We may suspend access for overdue or unauthorized charges.
7. Content and acceptable use
Do not use SermonBridge to violate another person’s rights, distribute unlawful content, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content without the permissions required by law. We may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep SermonBridge available and accurate, but live translation depends on network connectivity, audio quality, and third-party services. We may update features or these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of information are described in the Privacy Policy.
