Frequently asked questions
What does the Archive add-on cost?
The Multilingual Audio Server Sermon Archive and Text is $29 USD per month or $249 USD per year for eligible Congregation and Campus churches. There is no per-recording Archive fee.
Do live translated editions cost again when they are archived?
No. Original audio, transcripts, and translated editions created during the live service are retained without using translation hours a second time. A language generated after the service uses normal plan hours or an hour pack.
How does the 50 GB storage allowance work?
Administrators are notified at 80% and receive daily reminders at 90% or above. Administrators and team members see an in-app warning. At the limit, the oldest unprotected recordings are permanently and irreversibly deleted first to make room; administrators can protect recordings from automatic deletion. Cancellation starts a 60-day recovery and export period for content not previously deleted.
How does Pastor Voice work?
Pastor Voice requires individual speaker enrollment and explicit consent with a 1–2 minute recording. It is included in Campus and optional for Congregation; the Archive does not charge for it a second time.
Are sermons automatically public?
No. Recordings are private by default, and administrators control review and publication.
